Cain Delacroix

Head Dressage Trainer for Rosenthal

An exceptionally gifted EQUESTRIAN, Cain was considered to be a prodigy when he began competing at the Advanced level of 3-Day eventing when he was only 18. However, a serious accident ended his career as a competitor only a few short years later, leaving the man embittered, GRUMPY, withdrawn and with a permanent limp.

Although cocky and self-centered before the accident, he has always been intensely focused, NEAT and nothing less than a PERFECTIONIST when to comes to his career - a trait that has become only more prominent since his being hired by Rosenthal as head dressage trainer, his behavior bordering on becoming a WORKAHOLIC. However his gift for reading horses and obvious aptitude as a trainer does not apply to his human students, his behavior nothing less than cynical, intolerant and short. Wisely, the staff at Rosenthal decided it would be best to allow Cain to be Cain and focus on training horses. He currently refuses to offer riding lessons.

Technically the dressage team coach, Cain blatantly refuses to have anything to do with the team - and when dragged to shows can often be found in his director's chair petulantly working his way through a Sudoku book, much to the chagrin of Ana Rosenthal.
