Born to Lucien and Adrienne Moreau in southern Louisiana, Rene moved to Twinbrook when he was 8 years old when his father accepted a position as full time farrier for Rosenthal. Unlike many families today, Rene's mother and father were incredibly close, childhood sweethearts who instilled within him a great sense of family. As a result, Rene is FAMILY-ORIENTED, and although his mother moved back to Louisiana after his father's passing they still keep in touch. For those living away from home, often times Rene's house is a source of gathering on holidays. Visitors be warned however, the groom is an avid DOG-LOVER and the Moreau household is home to no less than 2 German Shepherds, 1 incredibly noisy hound and a tiny monster of a Chihuahua.
Warm, friendly and BRAVE, Rene is incredibly loyal to his friends - always one to lend a hand, drive out to give a dead battery a jump or have a couch to crash on. Somehow he's still managed to remain a bachelor, despite the pervasive rumor that he may actually be a GREAT-KISSER.
An avid outdoorsman, Lucien raised Rene to have a great respect for the outdoors and when he isn't at Rosenthal he can be found hiking, fishing or on one of many annual camping trips. As such, Rene is a keen advocate of conservation and responsible stewardship of the land, maintaining an ECO-FRIENDLY lifestyle.
