Facility
The black iron entryway gates have long since become overgrown with climbing
vines and white flowers. A paved driveway leads up to the main barn, complete
with a small parking lot for your convenience. As you get out of your car and
look around, you can see horses grazing in the distant pastures. The main house
is located near the broodmare barn, capable of holding twenty horses at any
given time. The main facilities are spread out before you, in the western
portion of the property, complete with over five barns. A second entrance is
much further down the road, leading to the northeastern end where we host shows
and races. A large indoor and an outdoor arena are located there, complete with
stands, lighting systems, and speakerphone for announcements.

With hundreds of acres to work with, the farm is spread out in a nice, pleasing layout. Even though five barns are located on the main property, only three are really used. The first of the other two barns is used for quarantine, while the second is used to house our weanlings and yearlings. The other three are used for our stallions, mares and geldings, and the third is for our pregnant broodmares. Roughly five hundred of the one thousand acres is used as pastureland. Every three hours, our staff goes around to check every pasture and every horse to make sure all are happy and safe, and that there are no threatening splinters or breaks in the fences. A hydrotherapeutic pool and a personal, on-site veterinary and clinic are situated on the property, as well. Because we often lease our grounds to large-scale shows, boarders who are here temporarily for the events are allowed to use our facilities, free of charge. This includes two exercise arenas and two indoor as well two outdoor arenas. A feature of the farm we truly enjoy, however, are the trails weaving around and throughout the property, almost all giving a spectacular view of the Alps.
